FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Is registration necessary?
Yes, in order to be able to purchase products at wholesale prices, you must have a registered account on the B2B platform.
2. I forgot my password!
Under the blank place to enter login details, there is a link "I do not remember my login or password". After clicking on it, enter the email address you entered during registration. An e-mail will be sent to your address, which will allow you to automatically log in. Changing the password will be possible after logging in to the editorial page of your data.
3. I have already selected all products. What's next?
Click the basket icon in the upper right corner. Here you can choose the number of products and write a note to them. You can also remember all the products in your cart if you plan to make an identical order in the future. If you want to increase your order, it is not too late - just click "Continue shopping". If your order is complete, go further by clicking the appropriate icon.
4. I have made several orders. Can I combine them to reach me in one package?
Yes, write about it in "Notes to the store".
5. What are the possibilities to pay for the order?
There are three possibilities:
- upon collection (payment in advance)
- trade credit (determined individually)
6. What are the possibilities to deliver the order?
- Personal collection - in the main warehouse at ul. Płk. Dąbka 8 in Krakow, Poland
- DPD courier
- Own courier
7. I would like to order products in quantities that are not available on the site. What should I do?
- Contact the office by phone or email.
- In the notes to order, write down the quantity of the product you are interested in.
8. I would like to order personalized products, for example with my own logo. What should I do?
Write an e-mail in which you will enter the exact information you need.
9. What is the waiting time for your order?
It depends on how you pay for the order and when the money will be credited to our account. Posting time depends on outgoing and incoming sessions at individual banks. You can check the status of your order at any time by logging in to the website.
The waiting time also depends on the size of your order and specifications. If you want to know the exact information about the waiting time of your order - contact us.
10. I live abroad. Can you send a shipment outside of Poland?
Of course! However, please contact us in advance to determine the individual shipping costs.
11. How to proceed if the ordered goods reach me damaged?
After logging in, you will find the "Complaint Department" in the client panel. There you can describe the defect and see all the complaints you have made. You can also submit complaints by writing to us at office@aksonedu.com
12. I can not find the data to make a bank transfer, help!

14. Can I get Akson product catalogs and other marketing materials?
Yes, be sure to let this know in the order note or contact the promotion department directly to determine what materials you need.

15. I am looking for photos of products that I can use on the site - where can I find them?
All marketing materials, including photos of our products, can be found in the MARKETING tab in the top menu.
